Return and Refund Policy

At Alveron Supply, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 business days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
